Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Opportunities

"Volunteers don't get paid because they are PRICELESS!!"

The Chamber is primarily a volunteer organization, and as such we are always looking for volunteers who would like to join the team.

We have ongoing volunteer openings in the Chamber's Visitor Information Center, where you will meet visitors, tell them about our great area and provide a friendly face that they'll remember.  Currently we are seeking Volunteers to take one Saturday or Sunday shift per month: hours are 10am - 1pm or 1pm - 4pm Saturday or 10am - 1pm Sunday.

To find out more about volunteering at the Chamber of Commerce, please call or email Rick Lawler, Visitor Information Center Coordinator  at 360.678.5434, coordinator@centralwhidbeychamber.com

The Chamber also has volunteer openings on its Special Events sub-committees.  Getting involved in a committee is a great way to stay informed about Chamber business and to help provide input for future Chamber projects. If you are interested in helping out at the many Chamber Sponsored events listed below please contact Lynda Eccles at 360-678-5434 or director@centralwhidbeychamber.com
